I’m La’Quesha Fonrose, a trauma-informed therapist helping women break free from workplace anxiety, chronic overwhelm, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many of my clients look strong on the outside but feel quietly exhausted inside. Through personalized therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and holistic support, I help you reclaim your calm, confidence, and sense of self. This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself—healing happens here, on your terms.

About me

I’m a Bay Area native from Richmond, California, and the resilience, faith, and community that shaped me guide both my life and my work. My journey into this field is personal—I’ve experienced work anxiety, overwhelm, and the long-term effects of trauma, and I’ve learned that real transformation comes from slowing down, regulating, and returning to yourself with intention. I believe healing is both practical and sacred, blending tools, reflection, and self-awareness to help you move through life with greater calm, clarity, and control. I value sustainable growth, connection, and peace, and I live what I teach through movement, journaling, prayer, intentional rest, and quiet moments of stillness. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about transforming how you relate to yourself so you can thrive, not just survive.
